Right to information

These activities are one of the training outputs on the right of access to information provided by German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ) to a group of local NGOs as well as activities related to the right to expression
From this side, Ahmed Al-Balasi, the executive director of the Damanat Foundation for the rights and freedoms clarified " We are delighted as one of the new institutions to have the support of the German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ) and to work with institutions that have a long history in the field of the right to information, such as the Studies & Economic Media Center (SEMC). We are working as a human rights institution to start dealing with Human rights issues in a more continuous and in-depth in the future and we are working on the strategy of the institution in the field of human rights and the role of the institution in this aspect
