Damanat Organization needs to diversify its sources of income, its continuity and stability and it’s growing annually to be able to continue its projects on the fields of rights, freedoms and development. In addition to the continuity of its work, the organization needs this strategy to accumulate its knowledge and experience on different types of donors in Yemen and abroad, in order to ensure reaching them, and thus develop programs, projects and activities which positively affect the Yemeni society, and raise the level of its culture and participation in protection of its human rights and its basic freedoms.

The Organization works through this strategy to achieve a set of objectives, including the existence of a practical approach to fundraising donations and grants, developing an annual plan escalating each year in line with the annual growth of the Organization, motivating employees in the organization to contribute to the identification of different donors at the national level, Arab region and the world including independent donor institutions, UN agencies, or even international development agencies of donor countries.

This strategy seeks to benefit the Organization in terms of studying donors, their patterns, interests and circumstances, collecting information on the dates of opening their grants and ways to apply for them with attention to the ways of communication in order to ensure the success of projects submitted as well as grants provided on global funding platforms and raise the level of financial liquidity of the Organization which ensures that it does not stop its actions.
