The strategy will set up the general criteria required for the volunteers, the method of their selection, the models of the responsibilities they will be assigned, in addition to the methodology of defining the responsibilities, ways of emphasizing the commitments agreed upon between the volunteer and the Organization, the time frame for volunteering and the rewards and the ways of volunteer's leaving the Organization upon completion of his/her service. The strategy will establish a database for the volunteers and their continuity in work and follow-up and monitor their performance and evaluation and measure their impact within the Organization and thus on the surrounding society in which the Organization provides its activities in the field of human rights and fundamental freedoms and democracy. The existence of a strategy for volunteers initially will work to regulate the work within the organization, which contributes to the flow of information and works easily and smoothly within the organization, as well as the organization will determine the road map for the work of these volunteers, their abilities and the ways to benefit from them in the organization. In addition, the strategy is of exceptional importance in creating the general idea of working with volunteers effectively, within the prospects and standards of good governance and democracy in dealing and respect their views, ideas and efforts presented. The strategy is the organizer to work in the organization at a whole and at the level of each unit and department separately, and at level of Attracting Volunteers' unit, more specifically.
