Therefore, existence of a strategy on the ways of publicity and the ways of reaching the public requires thinking about the ways to regulate the models of community interaction with the activities of the organization and their participation. The intersection between this strategy and other strategies such as income sources diversity strategy, media strategy and the strategy of attracting and managing volunteers comes as a third answer to the question why Publicity strategy and reaching the target audience?
